Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Rochester, NY. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the efficient and effective management of the dealership. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, leading and mentoring staff, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus
