Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and track performance
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Research and implement strategies to generate leads
- Assist Loan Officers with local events and networking opportunities
- Maintain calendars and schedules for campaigns and events
- Internship or work experience in marketing, real estate, or mortgage-related industries
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing technology and social media platforms
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
