Overview: A comprehensive, paid internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in the non-alcoholic beverage industry. This program offers a unique opportunity to learn across various departments, including Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Operations, Finance/Data Analytics, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- 2 Week Department Rotation: Engage in smaller, different projects within each department rotation to gain a well-rounded experience.
- Days in the Life: Gain insights into different roles that Atlantic Bottling has to offer including Vertique Warehousing, Route Driver, Merchandiser, Sales (Home Market & FSOP), and Service Technicians.
- Tours: Experience tours of Atlantic Production, Vertique Warehouse Automation, and drinkLAB Warehouse.
- Sustainability: Develop solutions to promote recycling awareness and communicate its importance. Collaborate and learn from groups which impact sustainability.
- Group Project: Work on projects aimed at improving internal and external customer service efficiencies/processes and growing awareness of distributed brands.
- Attend Events: Participate in events such as DSM Partnership Intern Connection, ABI and IGIA Events, Food Bank of Iowa, Meals for the Heartland Volunteer Day, and more.
- Presentation: Present project conclusions and solutions to the Executive Team in the final week of the internship program.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- We will accept applicants who are currently high school seniors or those with freshman or sophomore standing in a bachelor's degree program.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
