Job Title: Software Engineer Full Stack
What you will bring:
The Software Engineer – Full Stack is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint environments, creating custom business applications using Power Platform, and automating workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft RPA. The role requires a technically skilled problem-solver with a strong understanding of cloud and hybrid solutions.
Essential Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to meet business re-quirements.
- Create custom Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes and enhance user ex-perience
- Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Develop and maintain web applications using M365, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications and workflows, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes.
- Deploy and configure applications in AWS, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, workflows, and development process-es.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and efficient back-end systems.
- Ensure applications are secure, robust, and maintainable.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Assist the CTO in maintaining and updating policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating routine communications and updates for stakeholders.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
- Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Microsoft and Cloud Certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of three years as a full-stack developer working in hybrid, on-premises, and cloud-based environments. Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft 365 tools, Salesforce, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 ser-vices; Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell; Understanding of database management and SQL; knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Azure and AWS; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong technical background and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- It is a requirement is to be physically present at the Camp Hill, PA office (3 days in office, 2 days from home). Must reside within 50 miles/1 hour commute of the office.
- Primarily sedentary, requiring occasional movement throughout the office environment.
- Effective communication via phone and email, with the ability to use automated systems accurately.
