Summary / Objective :
The dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling service technicians, handling high call volume, ordering equipment, and providing high-level customer service.
Essential Functions :
Assigns service technicians to jobs and coordinates service resourcesSchedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skillsets, and availabilityInputs project location into systemResponsible for customer interaction / satisfactionInteracts and communicates with all administrative staff, project managers, HVAC field technicians, electricians and managementMaintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests / requirementsConducts customer call backs to ensure highest level of satisfactionObtains all information required to generate, prepare, and fax / e-mail quotes of $3k or less to customersMust be a self-starter, take initiative, be able to work independently, and work collaboratively in a team environmentPerforms other related duties as directedSupervisor Responsibility : No
Required :
Minimum of 6 months call center experience, preferably in a dispatch environmentExcellent customer service skillsAble to multi-task and work in fast paced work environmentAbility to handle high call volumeAbility to make scheduling decisions based on current needsPossess excellent problem resolution skillsExcellent communication / follow -up skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office SuiteHS diploma, or GED equivalentThe work environment and physical demands required would be representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, and may include, but are not limited to the following :

Works in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipmentPosition may require visits to construction sitePhysical Demands :

One year dispatch experience, preferably in a construction / industrial environment Experience in a construction / industrial services environmentViewpoint, Field Connect and Bidtracer experiencePrior military experience preferred
