Project Architect
Atlantic Design Group currently has a job opening for a Sr Architect. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Architect (RA) & have an accredited architecture degree with 8-15 years’ experience. Licensed in one state . Excellent oral and written skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT is a must. Adobe and SketchUp desired but not required. Motivated individual with ability to lead a project team. Experience in healthcare, and federal offices and facilities is preferred.
The Senior Architect will provide coordination with engineering team members for the full project execution. Position involves site survey, some travel, space planning and programming, concept design, client coordination, product research, and construction phase services. This position is responsible for completing the design of projects from early concept through construction documents including execution of building code and life safety analysis, design narratives, specification editing, and material / product selection.
ADG provides full-service AE designs for complex projects located across the US and overseas. Building types include various healthcare facilities including hospitals, out-patient clinics, and lab research facilities as well as a variety of office spaces for government and commercial clients. LEED and energy-efficient design is incorporated into almost all projects.
