Reports to: Charge Nurse
ADMS is currently seeking an experienced Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse to work Part-Time in our East End Dialysis Center, located in Riverhead, NY . LPN must possess’ dialysis experience. No training will be provided.
General Description:
Provides professional nursing care, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, for assigned patients in the dialysis unit. Responsible for dialysis machine operation. Provides nursing care to renal dialysis patients under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse. Implements, monitors and documents patient care based on established criteria. Works closely with other members of the care team to ensure that appropriate overall care is administered in a manner conducive to effective maintenance of patient conditions.
Position Qualifications:
- Required Education: Completion of accredited program for licensed practical nursing, New York State LPN License
- Required Certification/Registration: Current LPN license; CPR certification
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $35.00/per hour
Expected hours: 22.50 per week
