ADMS is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to work in our Brooklyn location. Atlantic Dialysis Management Services, one of the country's top ten dialysis companies, has an opening for a Dialysis Nurse Administrator.
Atlantic Dialysis Management Services was established to provide day to day administration and management of dialysis services and related business development activities. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations, leadership, management and success of this center.
The position is in the following area:

Reports to: Vice President of Clinical Services
Requirements
General Description:
The Administrator coordinates and manages the clinical and other unit activities in the Dialysis Center to provide quality patient care. Must be a Registered Nurse who has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for the dialysis center.
- Develops and maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance/performance improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Assures quality patient care.
- Coordinates schedule for staff and shift times for patients. Evaluates performance and initiates or makes recommendations for personnel action.
- Maintains a safe environment.
- Effective communication within department, as well as hospital wide.
- Promotes positive customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- New York State Licensed Registered Nurse
- 3 years’ experience working in a renal care setting
- Must have clinical experience as well as experience in a leadership role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
