We are the industry leader and expert in all things duct cleaning and Aeroseal duct sealing in the DMV area since 1995. We are a company looking to grow big or go home and that means we are looking for an inside sales representative who is ready to hustle hard alongside our growing team.
A Bit About the Role of Inside Sales Rep:
We are looking for someone who is hungry to win, eager to sell, and can take ownership of their day by making outbound calls when the phone isn’t ringing. We have a large database of past customers to mine as well as fresh inbound leads on a daily basis, all of which need to be handled with enthusiasm. This role is for someone who is high energy, resilient in the face of rejection, and has a can-do attitude!
If the idea of closing the deal, making and taking phone calls, and earning commission excites you, this role could be the perfect fit for you. You will need to be friendly, persuasive, and have excellent communication skills to excel in this role. We're looking for self-starters who are motivated by incentives. Pay will consist of an hourly rate commission and other incentives.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Conduct outbound calls to leads and other potential customers
- Provide information about our services to potential customers including any additional services that could help meet their needs
- Book services via phone calls, emails and text conversations
- Follow up with potential customers to close business via phone, email and chat
- Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and sales promotions
- Utilize business management system for booking appointments with efficiency and accuracy
Skills:
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- A great communicator - written and verbal
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Driven to win
- A quick learner
