Atlantic Emergency Solutions is seeking a full-time Regional Vice President of Sales within our Ambulance Division. This leadership role is responsible for traveling throughout and managing their assigned sales territory. In addition, they will be responsible for supporting the internal operations of Atlantic Emergency Solutions through obtaining products and order information needed to process orders. In this position, it is essential that the Regional Vice President of Sales develops effective communication and a positive working relationship with other employees to ensure a team effort in achieving short- and long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed bookings goals while increasing market share to a target of 50% in each territory.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, including on-site visits and succession planning, to optimize territory coverage and maximize sales potential.
- Provide training, tools, and resources to sales reps, enhancing their product knowledge, sales techniques, and utilization of systems like the Quotewriter sales tool.
- Analyze market intelligence and prepare reports to improve competitiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Address customer concerns, manage budgets, and ensure efficient scheduling and order processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Individuals must be highly motivated, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, exhibit the ability to work independently through a flexible schedule, travel to trade shows and understand various computer programs. Successful candidate will have prior Emergency Apparatus experience or at least five years of industry-related sales experience and be able to lift up to 25lbs without assistance.
