Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced hand tools, power tools, and machinery, including press brakes and lathes, for assembly tasks.
- Lead machinery build projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Perform advanced mechanical and basic electrical assembly tasks as required.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing extensive expertise to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with management and operations to meet ISO and quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot and assist with maintenance of assembly tools and equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes and ensure safety.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in machinery assembly, mechanical assembly, or related fields.
- Extensive blueprint reading skills and proficiency in interpreting detailed technical drawings.
- Expertise in operating and maintaining tools and machinery such as lathes, presses, and drills.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) is required.
- Previous experience in industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, or energy highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance processes.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Physically capable of lifting materials up to 50 lbs and working in a hands-on environment.
