We are actively searching for a Field Engineer. This position will provide first-level technical support to end-users by phone, email, chat or in person. Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues. Walk end-users through the problem-solving process. Escalate complex issues to other teams withing the Information Technology department. Document all support requests in the ticketing system with details of the problem and resolution. Follow-up with end-users to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Three (3) years prior IT experience is required. Must have strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

Salary Range : $22.50 / hour to $37.13 / hour (credit given for relevant experience)
