We are actively searching for aWound Care RN.This position is Responsible for the following:
- Sets priorities and organizes workload effectively and efficiently based on prioritized patient need.
- Provides care based on interdisciplinary care plan and physician orders.
- Recognizes the need to be flexible and utilize alternative actions if necessary when implementing the care plan.
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing theory and practice and its application in the care of patients.
- Exercises judgment in the interpretation and implementation of orders.
- Acts as a patient advocate.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of treatments and performs according to hospital/nursing policies and procedures.
- Observes and documents all significant information accurately on appropriate forms.
- Provides for and maintains a safe environment for patients.
- Adheres to infection control, emergency, safety, fire and disaster plans and policies, completing required initial training and updates per hospital policy.
- Demonstrates consistent use of Standard Precautions and adheres to JACO guidelines and utilizes proper body mechanics in the delivery of patient care.
- Assists with making referrals as appropriate.
- Participates in Performance Improvement activities.
- Reports all significant information accurately to appropriate individuals.
- Performs technical skills competently and appropriately for patient's age and physical status.
- Utilizes equipment safely.
- Reports data to clinical leader and physicians in a timely manner and documents appropriately, assuring appropriate consent for treatment is obtained before proceeding with patient care.
Qualifications:Must possess a valid RN License and Basic Life Support. Experience in a Wound Care setting is preferred.

Salary: $29/hour to $50.75/hour (credit given for relevant experience)
Salary : $29 - $51
