We are actively searching for an ICU Clinical Coordinator. Delegates and coordinates patient care for adults in the Intensive Care Unit through the nursing process. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Assumes responsibility for the management of clinical and support activities and allocation of human resources of the unit while the department is open. Coaches and supports the team in accomplishing the unit and hospital mission. Ensures that care is delivered by those who are competent/trained to do so according to the patient population, level of technology required, complexity of care needs and the age of the patient.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years professional nursing experience, including demonstrated management and leadership skills. A Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) and current RN licensure is required. Must have CPR certification.

Pay Range: $37/hour to $61.05 (credit given for relevant experience)
