We are seeking an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Atlantic Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a high volume of materials, ensuring consistency in formatting, naming, and tracking, while adhering to outlined procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor firm-wide posting and communications based on intake forms, providing regular updates to key stakeholders on their status.
- Execute daily client communications through Sales and Marketing Cloud, managing campaigns, utilizing templates, and coordinating ad-hoc mailings as needed.
- Collaborate with Client Services leadership and team members to establish a global support and processing model, working with other teams to centralize operations and implement clear document management protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client service experience within financial services (Private Equity, Asset Management, etc.). They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have experience handling a number of funds.
