Become part of our client’s Boston, MA team as a Client Service Representative. In this temporary role, you will manage assigned client relationships with a focus on fund accounting, administration, and custody, ensuring proactive solutions and high client satisfaction.
Compensation : $24 / hour
Location : Boston, MA
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Client Service Representative :
- Client Management : Address and resolve day-to-day client inquiries, escalating issues when needed.
- Collaboration : Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and meet deliverables.
- Communication : Keep clients updated on inquiry statuses and share insights on trends to improve processes.
- Reporting : Execute reviews of client reporting and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and escalating issues as necessary.
- Training : Conduct client training sessions to teach them how to utilize internal systems and reduce manual intervention.
