Our client in the Private Equity space is looking to bring on their 1st hire for the Client Service team here in the Boston area!
DETAILS:
- Position: Client Service Associate
- Location: Suffolk County, MA
- Schedule: 4 days in-office
- Compensation: $100K - $120K 15% Bonus Equity
REQUIRED TO APPLY:
- Must currently live in MA and be able to get into the office 4 days/week
- Bachelors Degree with a strong GPA required
- 3 years of client service experience within financial services (Private Equity, Asset Management, etc..) required
- Experience handling a number of funds
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee a high volume of materials, ensuring consistency in formatting, naming, and tracking, all while adhering to outlined procedures.
- Monitor firm-wide posting and communications based on intake forms, providing regular updates to key stakeholders on their status.
- Execute daily client communications through Sales and Marketing Cloud, managing campaigns, utilizing templates, and coordinating ad-hoc mailings as needed.
- Collaborate with Client Services leadership and team members to establish a global support and processing model, working with other teams to centralize operations and implement clear document management protocols.
- Take charge of executing well-coordinated communication plans, and work with internal departments to address unique situations and ensure effective internal management and controls.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
