What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLO Operations Associate position at Atlantic Group?
Position Overview
Our client, a top alternative asset management firm in NYC, is looking for an operations associate to add to their team because of growth.
- Coordinate settlement of all trades across the portfolio
- Complete daily cash and position reconciliations between internal portfolio software platform, general ledger system and custodian banks;
- Assist in the monthly pricing, valuation and portfolio management reporting process;
- Monitor and maintain accurate live loan attributes across external/internal systems;
- Perform agent bank duties for various deals New Mountain is acting as administrative agent;
- Assist in the borrowings/repayments, waterfalls and compliance reporting for credit facilities;
- Processing of corporate actions and loan amendments/consents;
- Act as liaison between portfolio management, compliance and accounting teams;
- Assist on new business initiatives and any special projects that may arise
Qualifications
- Must have minimum of 2-5 yrs experience at a fund or a fund admin working on PE or HF Clients
- Bank debt & CLOs experience is a must
