Our client is a leading financial services company with a strong crypto investment division. They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with experience in the crypto space to join their team.
What You’ll Do:
As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with finance, tax, legal, and investment teams to oversee key financial operations, including:
- Managing third-party administrators for quarterly US GAAP reporting and annual audits
- Collaborating with tax and legal teams to assess investment transaction implications
- Overseeing cash flow management, capital calls, and digital asset distributions
- Executing public token staking and trading strategies with external custodians
- Conducting fund performance analysis and waterfall calculations
- Assisting in quarterly portfolio company valuations and partner presentations
- Supporting investor relations with fundraising documents and presentation materials
- Ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and investment transactions
- Working with senior leadership on strategic finance initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 6-9 years of experience in public accounting (crypto industry preferred) or in-house accounting/finance roles
- Strong background in US GAAP, partnership accounting, and fund management
- Experience with crypto, digital assets, and blockchain finance
- Self-starter with excellent project management and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for the evolving crypto space
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
