Job Overview – Finance Director (Hybrid) :

Step into a pivotal leadership role as a Finance Director (Hybrid) with our client in Montgomery County, PA. In this hybrid position, you’ll oversee financial operations, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Compensation : $130,000 - $150,000 / year bonus

Location : Montgomery County, PA

Schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Finance Director (Hybrid) :

• Financial Management : Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate analysis that complies with regulatory standards.
• Strategic Planning : Develop actionable financial strategies to support business growth and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and the implementation of improved systems.
• Operational Collaboration : Partner with department heads to analyze performance metrics and identify efficiency opportunities.
• System Optimization : Select and implement advanced financial systems to enhance budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
