Compensation : $130,000 - $150,000 / year bonus
Location : Montgomery County, PA
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Finance Director (Hybrid) :
- Financial Management : Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate analysis that complies with regulatory standards.
- Strategic Planning : Develop actionable financial strategies to support business growth and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and the implementation of improved systems.
- Operational Collaboration : Partner with department heads to analyze performance metrics and identify efficiency opportunities.
- System Optimization : Select and implement advanced financial systems to enhance budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
