REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4 years of public accounting experience (Audit or Tax) with FS clients preferred, Candidates with partnership accounting within PE/VC will also be considered
- CPA Preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in preparing information and data for Capital Calls, Distributions, and Allocations for investors.
- Support the preparation of Quarterly Reporting for Limited Partners.
- Oversee the audit and tax preparation processes.
- Manage and track portfolio company financings in detail.
- Handle cash flow management and forecasting.
- Maintain investor data in third-party software systems.
