Compensation: $122,000 - $130,000/year bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Fund Operations Associate:
- Reconciliation: Oversee subscription documents, transfers, redemptions, and distributions across fund vehicles.
- Compliance: Conduct AML and KYC checks for prospective investors.
- Cash Oversight: Manage cash balances and lines of credit across multiple fund vintages.
- Investment Operations: Handle open-ended fund LP subscriptions, redemptions, and investment-related cash analysis.
- Management: Monitor the centralized inbox for fund and client communications.
- Capital Activity: Coordinate bulk processing of capital calls and distributions.
Qualifications for the Fund Operations Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 4-5 years in investor services within private equity, venture capital, or fund administration environments.
- Skills: Strong understanding of subscription and redemption processes, NAV calculations, and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs).
