Job Description
The Field Engineer will play a key role in driving sales growth, providing technical support, and developing strategic partnerships with customers. This position requires a strong understanding of fluid handling systems and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and collaborating with the sales team.
- Technical Assistance: Provide expert technical assistance to customers, including product support engineering work, field adjustments, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Product Advancement: Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments and features to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements, Competencies & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree program/industry experience.
- Complete Field Engineering Base Training Requirements per Field Engineering Program.
- Ability to interpret and understand customer applications to develop P&ID and fluid schematics.
- Skills to solve complex problems and complete projects using problem-solving methods to make sound engineering decisions.
- Familiarity with current engineering drawing platforms (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
