Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of external audit experience at a large CPA firm, including at least one busy season as a senior.
- Candidates with a combination of external audit and corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation will also be considered.
- CPA certification or progress toward obtaining it is preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, with proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., macros, pivot tables) preferred.
- Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation is a plus but not required.
- Proven career progression and job stability.
