Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000/year bonus

Atlantic Group is seeking a Senior Associate (Investor Relations) for our client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a high-visibility role within a growing private investment firm, ideal for professionals with experience in private equity or real estate. You’ll manage investor communications, support capital raising efforts, coordinate meetings and events, and maintain CRM systems to ensure seamless engagement.
Responsibilities as the Senior Associate (Investor Relations):
- Investor Communication: Maintain relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors, handling inquiries and updates.
- Fundraising Support: Assist with marketing materials, track commitments, and coordinate fundraising deliverables.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines and documentation for investor onboarding and capital activity.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, monitor peers, and support performance analysis.
- Content Development: Draft investor updates, presentations, and external communications.
- CRM & Compliance: Manage investor portals (e.g., Dynamo, Juniper Square) and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Qualifications for the Senior Associate (Investor Relations):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in investor relations or client service, with strong familiarity with private equity or private real estate investment structures and terminology.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in CRM systems and investor portals such as Dynamo, Investment Café, or Juniper Square.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and proactive with strong communication skills, able to manage multiple projects and represent the firm professionally across teams and with investors.
