Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Associate with expertise in private credit to join our clients growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of private credit investments and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and other regulatory standards.
- Private Credit Investments: Monitor and evaluate private credit portfolios, including risk assessment, credit underwriting, and portfolio performance tracking.
- Accounting & Compliance: Ensure adherence to public accounting standards, oversee audits, and liaise with external auditors.
- Cash Flow management & Capital Calls
- Investment Due Diligence: Conduct financial due diligence for new investment opportunities and assess their impact on the company’s financial position.
- Process Improvement: Streamline accounting and financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investment teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on private credit.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
