Senior Technical Accountant - Hybrid - Biotech
My client is a leading biotech and life sciences company who is going through a large growth phase and is looking to add talented members to their team. They are looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well established company as they continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements
- Work on lease accounting and data for lease classification and reconciliations
- Prepare financial data for SEC 10-Q, 10-k reviews
- Ensure reports are compliant with regulations
- Financial analysis and creation of management reports
- Maintaining relationships with external auditors and completing audit reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of experience
- CPA preferred
- US-GAAP and SEC Rules knowledge
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
