$25 Billion Stamford Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a VP Accounting
*Reporting to the Head of Finance
*Oversee & Maintain all Accounting Policies & Procedures
*Oversee all GAAP, IFRS, Regulatory & Tax Matters
*Manage Relationship/Liaison with External Auditors
*Oversee Year-End Audits for Domestic and International Entities
*Manage Regulatory Filings
*Financial Planning & Analysis; Budgeting & Forecasting
*Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements
Qualifications:
*6-10 Years of Corporate Accounting Experience
*Candidates Must be Coming out of: Big 4 with Financial Services Clients; Alternative Asset Management, or Fund Administration
*CPA a Big Plus
*Strong Background in GAAP & IFRS
*Advanced Excel & Analysis Skills
Base Salary: 175k-225k Strong Bonus. ~225k-300k all in. Plus Excellent Benefits & Comprehensive Package at this $25 Billion Stamford Alternative Asset Manager.
