Are you an experienced, compassionate clinician looking for a flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a Contract Clinical Supervisor to support our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Day Treatment / Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) . This part-time, remote position allows you to guide and mentor our clinical team while maintaining a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists and counselors, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
- Review and approve individualized treatment plans and clinical documentation in accordance with state and accreditation requirements.
- Offer case consultations and guidance on complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, NJ DMHAS).
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development.
