Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans that address physical, emotional, and psychological needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes
- Evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to ensure achievement of goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Proven experience in surgical care, preferably in a critical care or emergency medicine setting
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
