Responsibilities:
Understands the implementation of new Epic functionality and enhancements, working with application build teams on its designed workflows and emphasize its appropriate use with end users. This position will provide ongoing support in areas such as Epic workflows, training design/delivery and evaluation of training outcomes. The individual in this position may assist in the design of support/training solutions based on Help Desk call trends, provide support and training for the learning management system (LMS), serve as a resource on effective usage of electronic health record (EHR) applications, and serve as general point of contact for AHS’s Help Desk with respect to questions concerning supported applications.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required. Knowledge of Epic systems preferred.
Minimum (1) year of relevant medical office and customer related experienced required. Experience within a healthcare environment required.

Reporting to the designated team lead, the Support Analyst I provide on-going support, training and facilitation, evaluation of staff development, and other training initiatives related to EPIC.
