Job Title: Valet Attendant
Job Summary:
The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient parking experience for guests by safely and promptly parking and retrieving vehicles. As the first and last point of contact for many guests, this role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, including traffic flow and signage.
- Tag and document vehicles accurately to ensure correct delivery.
- Communicate with the front desk, bell staff, or other departments as needed to support smooth guest transitions.
- Provide directions or local area information to guests as requested.
- Follow all driving and safety regulations, including company policies and procedures.
- Report any vehicle damage or incidents immediately to a supervisor.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous valet, hospitality, or guest services experience
- Familiarity with luxury vehicles or high-volume environments
