Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests at the pool area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a passion for hospitality. The Pool Attendant will interact with guests, assist with poolside activities, and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Assist guests with poolside amenities and activities, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including chairs, tables, and surrounding spaces.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding pool rules and safety procedures.
- Manage conflicts professionally and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to engage in public speaking when addressing groups of guests.
- Previous experience working with children is a plus.
- Skills in conflict management to handle guest inquiries or issues effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
