What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at Atlantic Medical Management?
Essential Duties
- Primary Support for clinical operations leadership team.
- Coordinate weekly staff meetings and agendas via power point.
- Create and manage monthly schedules and templates for medical providers spread across 10 locations.
- Coordinate afterhours call schedules for Pediatric and Adult providers.
- Update and maintain operational analytics for senior leadership.
- Coordinate routine and urgent maintenance for 10 facilities
- Coordinate payroll, PTO, Sick and CME time for medical providers.
- Coordinate all non-clinical durable and consumable supplies.
- Maintain staffing requirements in conjunction with clinic managers for support staff across 14 clinics.
- Create, post, and assist with interviews of potential candidates.
- Other duties as needed by the operational team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five years in an operational support or executive assistant role.
- Five years in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data collection and basic analysis.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to adjust to varying workload and schedule.
