Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient admissions and consultations
- Manage and board surgical cases across general surgery, colorectal surgery, trauma surgery (excluding Level I Trauma), and urology
- Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation
- Strong clinical acumen in inpatient care
- Experience in handling surgical cases
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Active NP or PA license
- Relevant clinical background in an inpatient setting
- Experience in chest tube placement is preferred; however, training will be provided
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution
