Our Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Housekeeper for our Beautiful Apartment Community of 180 units in Boca Raton, FL.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description Summary
The Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness of the common areas, amenity areas, hallways, offices, and stairwells of building. Works to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. Remains informed and aware of conditions that could have an impact on the quality of the living environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain both interior and exterior spaces; including work areas, lobbies, lounges, pool area and chairs.
- Empty and clean trash and garbage containers, transport trash and waste to disposal area.
- Keep housekeeping materials and supplies organized, request reorder as needed.
- Maintains proper inventory of cleaning products and materials on janitorial carts.
- Sweep, mop, scrub tile and flooring as needed.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas as needed.
- Adaptable to work in indoor and outdoor environments, outdoor temperatures will vary.
- Assignments may include physical activity including heavy lifting and climbing ladders.
- High school diploma or GED and one to two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Apartment industry experience is preferred.
- Maintenance knowledge of dusting, vacuuming, and general cleanliness is required.
- Detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage time well.
