Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented nCino Test Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of nCino implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of nCino or Salesforce environments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Test Planning and Strategy :
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for nCino solutions.
Define testing strategies and methodologies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify and prioritize test scenarios based on business requirements and risk assessments.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on nCino applications.
Execute manual and automated tests to validate system functionality and performance.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., ADO).
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Participate in Agile / Scrum meetings to provide updates on testing progress and issues.
Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure that all test activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and best practices.
Validate system integrations and workflows within Salesforce and nCino.
Assist in automation testing initiatives, as applicable.
Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
Generate test reports and metrics to track testing progress and quality.
