Sales Associate / Account Executive - Perm

Summary:
The company is looking for a detailed-oriented, proactive and positive Account Executive to join our growing company and provide exceptional sales support to our team. In this role, the Account Executive executes critical tasks to build relationships and open the door to new referral partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to generate new partnerships, manage existing relationships and maximize case referrals through strategic outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities and qualifying leads through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling tactics (ie LinkedIn outreach).
  • Engage potential customers, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of company for their clients.
  • Work closely with Managing Directors to increase pipeline development, revenue growth, and drive the sales process.
  • Handle travel, management of marketing supplies, and catering orders for sales appointments.
  • Assist with funding process when needed.
Relationship Building:
  • Foster long-term partnerships with personal injury attorneys by serving as their main point of contact and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Conduct meetings to understand each law firm's needs and demonstrate how company supports their clients.
Strategic Communication:
  • Craft tailored messaging that highlights the value of our funding solutions, emphasizing the ease and efficiency of working with us.
  • Utilize a mix of outreach channels, including digital campaigns, cold calls, and in-person meetings, to connect with law firms.
Business Development:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach tactics and enhance law firm acquisition strategies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to effectively prospect and qualify leads.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques to engage prospects and drive conversations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, with a focus on achieving individual and team targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools to track and manage prospecting activities.
  • Demonstrates an ability to quickly learn and understand technical products and effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
