The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to generate new partnerships, manage existing relationships and maximize case referrals through strategic outreach and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and qualifying leads through strategic outreach efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling tactics (ie LinkedIn outreach).
- Engage potential customers, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of company for their clients.
- Work closely with Managing Directors to increase pipeline development, revenue growth, and drive the sales process.
- Handle travel, management of marketing supplies, and catering orders for sales appointments.
- Assist with funding process when needed.
- Foster long-term partnerships with personal injury attorneys by serving as their main point of contact and maintaining consistent communication.
- Conduct meetings to understand each law firm's needs and demonstrate how company supports their clients.
- Craft tailored messaging that highlights the value of our funding solutions, emphasizing the ease and efficiency of working with us.
- Utilize a mix of outreach channels, including digital campaigns, cold calls, and in-person meetings, to connect with law firms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach tactics and enhance law firm acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the ability to effectively prospect and qualify leads.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques to engage prospects and drive conversations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, with a focus on achieving individual and team targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools to track and manage prospecting activities.
- Demonstrates an ability to quickly learn and understand technical products and effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customers.
