Position Overview:
Our Warehouse department is seeking to hire Warehouse Associates to join our Toms River team. As an essential part of the APS business, our warehouse team is staying busy to meet the growing demands of our customers. We are looking for hard-working team members to help maintain our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect products, quantities, and accuracy for deliveries.
- Ensure the accuracy of stocked items locations.
- Ensure product is safely stored to prevent internal damage and properly located for order pulls, physical counts, and inventory control.
- Pull customer orders and ascertain accuracy that the product pulled is aligned with customer specifications.
- Maintain working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
- Enforce warehouse rules, keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Willing and able to operate material handling equipment such as forklift.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues at the same time.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to the Branch.
- Flexibility with schedule to ensure daily warehouse duties are completed before the end of shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product knowledge of plumbing material is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and verbally.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Operates forklift as needed, we provide internal training & certification for all warehouse employees.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods as well as the ability to lift 50lbs. While mainly standard hours are scheduled for this position, 7AM-5PM, Mon-Fri, with 1-hour lunch. Saturday rotation of staff is required for this role.
Flexibility at times is required to ensure all orders and job duties are completed by the end of every shift.
