Atlantic Private Wealth is seeking an experienced Client Services Associate to support this top-performing financial advisory firm located in Chapel Hill, NC.

The primary purpose of this role is to support our Wealth Managers in all areas of the client relationship to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-up.
The key responsibilities are:
- The CSA is responsible for supporting the wealth managers with rigorous, detail-oriented pre-case preparation and for driving delegation and task completion related to post-case follow-through to ensure that whatever has been communicated to the client is delivered in full and on time.
- The CSA is responsible for managing the firm’s CRM software skillfully with a focus on organization. Candidates must be extremely organized.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
Examples of weekly responsibilities include:
- Opening new client accounts, setting up standing instructions for the movement of funds between accounts, completion of compliance-related paperwork, assisting clients with beneficiary updates and wires, drafting client communications, managing a system to ensure return of documents sent to clients.
- Excelling in use of the following software: Sharepoint, Wealthbox, eMoney, Microsoft Office (as a whole, including Excel), Wealthscape, Addepar.
- Educate and assist clients with digital tools (e.g., Fidelity, eMoney).
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in client communications and follow-ups.
- Manage and maintain client records in Wealthbox CRM and Microsoft Sharepoint
- Support team by handling inbound and outbound client communications, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Assist with general operations and administrative tasks as needed.
This is an in-person, full time position with a salary range of $55K-$75K annually, as well as top notch retirement plans, health, vision, dental and disability insurance. Salary will be determined on an individual basis, and there is room for negotiation.
This position is located in Chapel Hill, NC; it is not hybrid or remote. The successful candidate will need to commute to the office daily.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Completion of a 4-year degree is required.
- 2-4 years of experience in the Finance Industry or, comparable knowledge
- High level familiarity with Microsoft Office and GSuite
- High Level knowledge of, and fluency with spreadsheets beyond basic data entry
- Sharp attention to detail and efficiency
- Self-motivation and high follow-through abilities are imperative
- The ability to remain responsive and accurate despite various interruptions.
- The ability to accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset
- Adherence to compliance best practices
