Atlantic Realty Group is actively searching for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to provide residential services such as preventive maintenance, plumbing, heating, carpentry, and appliance repairs on our small portfolio of individual home rentals and buildings. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality services maintenance services to our residents by following procedures and ensuring best practices at all times.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, demonstrate the ability to work independently, exhibit strong resident relations such as patience and empathy, and be knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance to include but not limited to: plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical as well as preventive maintenance. You will also be required to handle the occasional emergency issues outside of the normal course of business. You must possess your own tools and transportation.

Qualifications
In addition to skills listed above, the incumbent must possess:
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices and safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Carpentry Skills
- Ability to retrieve and closeout maintenance tickets electronically
