The Atlantic Region CBO is seeking a dynamic and talented Administrative Office Coordinator. 

 

The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Office Coordinator are to plan and direct the CBO's administrative office and mailroom functions, provide support to the Sr. Director and Assistant Directors of the CBO, process electronic check requests for vendors.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement office procedures related to the coordination of interoffice memoranda, communications, accounts payable and records systems
  • Provide support to the Director and Assistant Directors of the CBO including composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents, typing and scheduling meetings. Interacting with Corporate PFS
  • Compile reports from data and existing records as necessary and publish the CBO’s monthly newsletter
  • Assist with the development and implementation of office supply budget and operational plans
  • Develop working relationships with primary office vendors and monitor their service
  • Process Electronic Check Requests for Vendor Invoice Processing by Corp AP
  • Monitor mailroom staff productivity
  • Counsels staff with productivity, work and other disciplinary issues
  • Manage Building Issues and Open tickets as needed with various vendors
  • Maintain the strictest of confidentiality
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years administrative experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Customer focused both internally and externally, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, strong 10 key data entry, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
  • 1-3 years healthcare business office experience preferred.
