Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care that promotes optimal health outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited BSN program
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Experience in medical/surgical settings preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
