Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our patients on their journey to recovery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
- Provide care that is tailored to the patient's condition and age.
- Document medical necessity in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
- Conduct Quality Improvement assessments.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- CRRN preferred.
- At least six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
