Inbound Inquiries : Efficiently manage incoming inquiries, addressing client concerns and providing recommendations.
Premium Packages : Create and propose insurance packages that meet each client's unique needs and budget.
Cross-selling Opportunities : Identify chances to enhance client coverage by offering additional policies or services.
Client Relationships : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer informed advice and recommendations.
Requirement
Licensure : Insurance license is preferred.
Experience : Prior experience in auto insurance sales
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
