Welcome to Allstate. looking for a dynamic individual to work in a vibrant office in Delray Beach. As part of our team, you will be the cornerstone for delivering unparalleled customer service while assisting policyholders in navigating their insurance needs. 3-4 days per week. Excellent work environment. Assist customers with their policies and applications. Use our compliant texting program to send texts to leads. No sales required.

$19.00 - $20.00 (based on license and experience) per hour first 90 days.

Allstate University online training provided

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide courteous and efficient service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Telemarketing through texting. We have a compliant texting program for texting leads.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Problem Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to handle any client concerns or disputes, providing effective solutions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.

Information Sharing: Educate clients about policy options, ensuring they understand their coverage and benefits.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service for all clients.

Requirements

INSURANCE LICENSE IN PROPERTY AND CASUALTY REQUIRED.

Allstate, State Farm, or Progressive Insurance and Citizens experience preferred.

Reliable Transportation

Team player

Microsoft efficient, i.e., Word, Excel, Customer Relationship Management software]

Mobile app and insurance website experience necessary to assist customers to use these tools.

Work independently and adhere to company rules regarding cell phone use at work, etc.
