Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients, showcasing our insurance products and services. Texting through our compliant texting program.
Help the office with Answering phones and transfering calls.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate products.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and licensed agents to further discuss insurance options.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our wide range of insurance products to provide accurate information to clients.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing relevant client information and feedback.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
License: Valid Florida insurance license is preferred or willingness to obtain one shortly upon hiring.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, insurance sales, or customer service is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with an enthusiastic and inviting tone.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals over the phone.
Motivated: Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
Time Management: Capable of managing time efficiently in a bustling office setting.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
