Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking a flexible work schedule with full-time benefits?

Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is searching for a dedicated RN or LPN to join our team on our Weekend Baylor program! This unique schedule allows you to work just two 16-hour shifts per weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and receive 8 additional hour for free and benefits equivalent to a full-time position.

What You'll Do:

• Provide essential nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and resident conditions, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Document care accurately and comprehensively according to company policies and regulations.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families (as applicable to your license).

We are looking for an RN or LPN with:

• An active RN license in the state of practice (for RN positions) (required).
• A valid LPN license in the state of practice (for LPN positions) (required).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to resident privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities of a RN/LPN:

• Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests

Qualifications for a RN:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required.
• RN licensure in the state of Florida (or NLC) required.
• CPR Certification Required

Qualifications for an LPN:

• Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required.
• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Active CPR Certification.

Pay Range for LPN: $25.50-$29.00, the extra 8 hours of shift pay is like making up to $31.87-$36.25

Pay Range for RN: $30.00-$34.50, the extra 8 hours of shift pay is like making up to $37.50-$43.12
