Earn a competitive hourly rate between $16.00 and $19.20 based on years of experience.

Monday – Sunday, schedule varies.

Position Summary: Working in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instruction from the Kitchen Manager, the Store Room Attendant is responsible for storing and issuing of all food and beverage merchandise.  Responsible for ensuring that goods are received per specifications.  Additionally, the cleanliness, sanitary, safety and orderly condition of the storage facilities is a direct and daily responsibility.

• Assist in issuing and distributing food and beverage items daily based on authorized requisitions, following FIFO (first-in, first-out) procedures, and ensuring timely delivery to all designated units.

• Support the Kitchen Manager in receiving vendor deliveries by verifying quality, proper storage, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

• Conduct inventory counts as directed, enter data into Eatec, and help prepare monthly inventory reports under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager.

• Monitor stock levels and menu requirements daily, and promptly report any shortages, last-item usage, or out-of-stock concerns to the Kitchen Manager.

• Follow guidance from the Kitchen Manager in maintaining clean, organized storage areas and in executing cleaning protocols, including quarterly deep cleans and daily temperature logging.

• Assist with placing orders for supplies and high-value items, verify received quantities and conditions, and help ensure credits are obtained for damaged or unsatisfactory goods.

Education and/or Experience: 

• High school diploma or GED required. Some college, culinary training or extensive cooking and production experience preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, foodservice receiving, or warehouse operations.

• Experience with inventory systems such as Eatec or SAP (preferred).

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work professionally with a diverse team.
